Marcel is the owner and founder of SpeciFIT. He wants to help train athletes of all levels how to fully enjoy their lives. Fitness is an excelent way to clear your mind and improve your health. This workout is designed to be a cardio hit which means there will be minimal focus on technique, but plenty of focus on moving your body.

He asked for RMH Productions to shoot one of his workout sessions so that he can post on his social media pages in order to grow his business. We pulled up and shot for over an hour in the 95+ degree heat, sweating just as much as everyone else. Marcel and RMH Productions had a great time on this shoot and we think we were able to deliver some cool videos that he can use for social media. All in all we were able to deliver 9 videos to Marcel from just that one hour session.
